Annshri Supermart currently provides grocery delivery and wholesale product shipping across:

- Noida
- Surajpur
- Nearby NCR locations
- Selected institutional and business delivery zones
Bulk and wholesale orders for hostels, restaurants, caterers, offices, retailers, and community buyers may also be serviced in extended areas based on order quantity and delivery schedule.
2. Shipping and Delivery Timeline
We make every effort to process all confirmed orders at the earliest.
Our standard delivery timelines are:
- Regular grocery orders: Same day or within 24 hours
- Standard scheduled orders: 1 to 2 working days
- Bulk or wholesale orders: As per prior dispatch planning and customer confirmation
Delivery timing may vary depending on stock availability, order quantity, delivery location, traffic conditions, weather, or any unforeseen operational delays.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping or delivery charges may be applicable depending on:
- total order value,
- delivery destination,
- product weight or volume,
- urgent dispatch requirements.
Annshri Supermart may also provide free shipping on selected promotional offers, minimum purchase value, or local area deliveries as announced from time to time.
4. Safe Packaging Standards

5. Customer Delivery Responsibility

- nearby landmark,
- recipient availability at delivery time.
Annshri Supermart shall not be responsible for delayed or unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect customer details, unreachable contact number, or customer unavailability.
6. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
We take utmost care to supply fresh and quality grocery items. However, customers may request return or replacement only under the following genuine conditions:
- wrong product delivered,
- damaged item received,
- expired product supplied,
- broken or tampered packaging,
- major quantity mismatch,
- product quality issue noticed immediately at delivery.
All such requests are subject to verification by our support team.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene, food safety, and consumable product standards, the following products may not be eligible for return once accepted:
- opened grocery packets,
- perishable food items,
- products damaged after customer handling,
- products without original packaging,
- clearance sale items unless defective.
8. Return Request Procedure
Any complaint regarding damaged, wrong, expired, or defective goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Customers may be asked to provide:

- product photographs,
- issue details.
Upon successful verification, Annshri Supermart may approve:
- replacement of the item,

10. Bulk Order Dispatch and Return Handling
Bulk, wholesale, institutional, restaurant, or hostel supply orders are processed as per scheduled dispatch planning. Return or replacement for such orders will be reviewed separately depending upon quantity, packaging, and product category.
